Job summary

The Thrive Coach position at Goodwill Keystone Area is in the Mission Services department. The role focuses on coaching employees to overcome barriers to employment stability and supports long-term personal, educational, and career growth through service navigation and resource connection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred; or Associate's with two years of relevant work experience; or HS diploma with four years of relevant work experience.
• Coaching, motivational interviewing, workforce development, case management experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; experience with diverse populations and crisis support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management and service navigation to employees.
• Utilize Thrive and Flourish Matrix to assess wellbeing, identify barriers, and develop plans.
• Offer guidance in housing stability, mental health, healthcare, transportation, finances, literacy, and resources.
• Identify career pathways within GKA and the broader labor market.
• Serve as neutral facilitator to help employees and managers collaborate toward outcomes.
• Maintain quarterly store visits within territory and participate in meetings.
• Document notes and progress in Datatracks within 24 hours of meetings.
• Build relationships with colleagues and report progress to the Director of Mission Services.
• Engage with outside agencies and resources to expand the support network.
• Analyze trends and advise leadership on opportunities for improvement.
• Promote workplace safety and uphold confidentiality and reporting requirements.
