The Salvation Army's Santa Rosa thrift store is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate/Material Handler to greet donors and customers, stock and merchandize items, operate the POS, and keep the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to operate a POS/Cash Register.
• Background check including criminal history and Sex Offender Registry is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow staff, customers and donors.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and donors and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Stock priced items on the sales floor according to TSA standards.
• Assist in store maintenance to keep it clean, neat, and organized.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• Follow POS/cash register policies and ensure cashier accuracy.
• Maintain safety standards and report hazards to managers.
• Work flexible part-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
