Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years retail management/supervisory experience.
• Experience operating POS/Cash Register and scheduling staff.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Pass background check (criminal history and sex offender registry).
• Effective communication with management, staff, customers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Lead and coach store employees; supervise in manager's absence.
• Maintain customer/donor relations; resolve complaints quickly.
• Coordinate daily morning and shift-change team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with directives and guidelines.
• Train new personnel on store policies.
• Manage time and attendance paperwork.
• Maintain ARC merchandising and Rag Out standards.
• Oversee cash handling and banking per ARC policy.
