Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle monetary transactions.
• Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer use.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bondable with acceptable criminal and driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily thrift store operations.
• Oversee merchandising and sales efforts for efficiency and courtesy.
• Maintain cash register operations and process sales accurately.
• Manage donations receipts and records; ensure security of cash.
• Supervise staff and delegate duties to ensure proper store coverage.
• Prepare daily deposits and sales reports; monitor bank deposits.
