Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Minimum two (2) years of retail management experience and staff supervision.
• Experience overseeing volunteers is a plus.
• Two (2) years of thrift, consignment or distribution management preferred; three (3) years desired.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; computer software/hardware experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage store operations to generate revenues.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; hire, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure sales, donations processing, and merchandising meet fiscal goals and store standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness; manage cash and deposits.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager to improve production and donation processing.
