Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. in Layton, UT is seeking a Retail Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of a busy thrift store, including staffing, donation processing, pricing, and floor presentation.

The role requires strong people skills and hands-on leadership to drive sales and budget results. You will supervise the store management team, recruit and train staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and report to multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and hiring staff.
• Computer skills, including email, intranet, metrics applications for data entry, Microsoft Word, webinar/conference call, etc.
• Budget management and tracking.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of retail thrift store operations, including staffing, donations processing, and pricing.
• Oversee store logistics, inventory, and performance goals.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment.
• Provide regular reporting to human resources, asset protection, safety, finance, and other departments.
