Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is hiring at our Layton, UT store to lead daily operations, staff supervision, and donated goods processing. You will drive store performance, ensure excellent customer service, and manage budget and goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role requires 3-5 years supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Local travel not required; evenings/weekends may be expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising and hiring staff.
• Budget management and tracking.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Computer skills including email, intranet, metrics applications for data entry, Microsoft Word, webinar/conference calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics, inventory, and store performance/goals.
• Oversee donations process from door to production area to sales floor to outlet/recycling.
• Merchandise sales floor and price donated goods.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Recruit, hire, train and terminate staff.
• Provide outstanding customer service and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures; provide regular reporting to HR, safety, finance.
• Oversee store budget, staffing, and goals.
