Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Store Manager in Layton, UT responsible for leading a busy thrift store operation. You will supervise staff, manage donations and pricing, and ensure smooth daily store performance.

You will oversee logistics, budgeting, reporting to departments, and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment. A HS diploma and 3–5 years supervisory experience are preferred, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of retail thrift store including staffing, donation processing and pricing, sales floor presentation, and administrative oversight.
• Oversee store logistics, inventory, and performance/goals.
• Oversee donation flow from door to production area to sales floor to outlet/recycling; supervise pricing of donated merchandise.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff; work to meet budget and production goals.
