Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a Thrift Store Associate to represent our nonprofit and help fund programs for Idaho's youth. You will operate checkout systems, sort and price donated items, and assist with loading and stocking in the thrift store environment.

Strong customer service, reliability, and willingness to work weekends are essential to support our mission and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for customers while helping fund services for youth in Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment.
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment.

As a Thrift Store Associate in one of our Thrift Stores, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth by selling donated items; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.
