Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a friendly Thrift Store Associate to represent our nonprofit across Idaho. You will operate cash registers, process payments, sort and price donated items, and stock shelves while delivering great customer service in a fast-paced store.

Must be able to work weekends and handle lifting/moving equipment. We offer a welcoming, mission-driven environment with opportunities to grow within a compassionate team that funds programs serving Idaho’s youth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch in-store.
• Operate cash registers and payment processing equipment.
• Sort, price and stock donated merchandise.

Our Thrift Store Associate:

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment
