Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a friendly Thrift Store Associate to join our Idaho stores. You will represent the Idaho Youth Ranch, operate cash registers and processing equipment, and help sort, price, stock donated merchandise while delivering friendly, solution-focused customer service to shoppers.

Must be able to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment in a nonprofit setting. This on-site role offers a supportive, compassionate team culture and opportunities to grow

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
