Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch Inc. seeks a Lead Thrift Store Associate to help manage daily operations of our thrift stores and support fundraising for Idaho’s youth.

You’ll represent the organization, open/close the store, assist in selling donated items, and train staff.

Requirements include being enrolled in high school or having a diploma, being at least 16, strong customer service, and weekend availability; we offer a welcoming, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch in daily store operations.
• Performs daily opening, operation, and closing of a thrift store.
• Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits; provides training and directs store employees.

Must Haves:

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent

Our Lead Thrift Store Associates:

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
• Compiles daily sales and makes bank depositsServes as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees
