Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management/supervisory experience (thrift preferred).
• Basic understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid Driver's license with acceptable driving record and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, POS, inventory rotation, and donations.
• Cover store operations in Store Manager's absence; supervise staff and payroll records.
• Monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability per budget and goals.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage and conduct shift meetings.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance coaching of store employees.
• Communicate personnel issues and performance results with Store Manager.
