Job summary

Cérélia North America in Whitehall, OH, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily production operations across 3 shifts. You will monitor KPI metrics, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires a BS in Business Administration or related field and 3–5 years supervisory experience in food manufacturing, with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and FDA/OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FDA and OSHA regulations.
• Lean manufacturing principles experience preferred.
• GMP and QA standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across 3 shifts and cover for supervisors.
• Monitor KPIs including safety, efficiency, waste, downtime, and labor hours.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure product quality, yields, and safety excellence.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and perform preventive maintenance.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews for plant staff.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety standards across the department.
