Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a production supervisor to oversee one or more lines, ensuring output meets quality, cost, and safety standards. You’ll supervise hourly staff, provide resources, and partner with other departments to promote a collaborative, results-driven environment.

With 1.5+ years manufacturing and a high school diploma (or GED), plus lean/manufacturing experience, you’ll drive continuous improvement through coaching, reporting, and training while maintaining food safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1.5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in food manufacturing with 3+ years' experience; lean TPM/Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of operations personnel to manage production flow.
• Model company policies and coach/discipline employees.
• Analyze cost indicators and implement improvements.
• Lead team initiatives to achieve safety objectives and manage incidents.
• Inspect work areas for food safety compliance and disposition of questionable product.
• Ensure accurate reporting on production and inventory metrics.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and evaluate new hires.
• Train employees in Quality and Safety regulations.
• Promote teamwork and recognize exceptional performance.
• Drive operations improvement through facilitation and coaching.
