Job summary

Fortified Health Security in Brentwood, TN is seeking a security engineering professional to support multi-tenant MSSP environments. You will engineer and optimize SIEM/EDR/MDR, IoMT, and DLP solutions, partner with clients on onboarding and service reviews, and drive automation to improve detections and telemetry quality.

The role requires hands-on security platform experience, strong incident response skills, and collaboration with Security Operations, Threat Hunting, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, MIS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical understanding of tools and processes used to support the delivery of Fortified’s managed services.
• Engineer, implement, configure, maintain, and optimize security technologies across SIEM, EDR/MDR, IoMT, DLP and cloud.
• Partner with clients on onboarding, implementation, configuration, and service health reviews across lines of business.
• Monitor and maintain health, availability, and performance of security platforms and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving agents, APIs, collectors, log forwarding, authentication, networking, and data pipelines.
• Develop scripts, API integrations, automation, and internal tooling to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff and lead technical presentations and workshops.
