Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Review and validate blanks, incoming materials and tools
• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate thread rolling machines.
• Use machine controls, SPC, and process monitoring systems.
• Check dimensions with micrometers, calipers, thread gauges.
• Maintain quality records and forms.
• Follow supervisor directions.
• Ensure clean and safe work area.
• Perform daily/weekly machine maintenance.
