Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, understand and apply print requirements for thread rolled parts.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and documentation procedures.
• Ability to adjust dies, timing and tooling to meet specs.
• Understand major/minor diameter, pitch and lead per print.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain thread roller machines to meet quality requirements.
• Document and move materials to next operation; enter data per procedures.
• Read prints and verify thread specifications; perform first piece inspection.
• Lubricate assigned machines daily and perform minor maintenance.
• Select dies and tooling, adjust timing, and ensure proper setup.
• Maintain housekeeping and support other departments as needed.
