Location: Plymouth, MI

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Shift: 1st or 2nd – split shift

Pay Rate: $24 – $32/hour (based on experience)

Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Plymouth, MI, is seeking a Thread Rolling Operator to join their 1st‑2nd split shift team. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining INGRAMATIC (SACMA) thread rolling machines to produce high‑quality fasteners with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot INGRAMATIC thread rolling machines.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain part quality.
• Complete production documentation and scrap reporting accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and shift leads to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow standard work procedures and comply with all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating thread rolling or similar metal forming machinery.
• Familiarity with INGRAMATIC or SACMA equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
