Praxis Precision Medicines seeks a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to shape neurology strategies by engaging Medical Experts and guiding education across the United States. This field-based role requires travel up to 80% and residence within the Central region.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Education teams to translate strategy into regional field execution, advisory boards, and congress activities while ensuring compliant, scientifically rigorous programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement or related pharmaceutical/biotech roles.
• Proven ability to build compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of field-based marketing, expert engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans in a matrixed environment.
