Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or PA Studies.
• Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with NASC and Prescriptive Authority or Physician Assistant with Prescriptive Authority.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in surgery.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides Advanced Surgical First Assisting Support (45%) in procedures.
• Manages perioperative and postoperative care across inpatient settings.
• Performs invasive bedside procedures and thoracentesis support.
• Outpatient management in clinic and virtual visits.
• Documents and communicates clinical information accurately in EMR.
• Supports quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Performs other duties as needed.
