Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead for the San Diego operation on the third shift. The role oversees a team, schedules work, and ensures materials meet MIL-STD 129N standards while handling kitting and Shelf-Life tasks.

Along with base hourly wage, the third shift differential of $1.00 per hour and a lead differential of $2.50 per hour apply. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET clearance may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years college or technical school preferred, may substitute experience for education.
• Minimum 5 years general experience in warehousing or logistics.
• 3 years specific experience in material handling, supply, distribution, inspection, quality assurance, or related areas.

Responsabilidades

• Assists the Supervisor in scheduling work and guiding a group of employees.
• Performs evaluations and helps maintain smooth work flow and records.
• May temporarily act on behalf of a supervisor in emergencies or absences.
• Identifies, examines, classifies, and disposes of material per regulations; may involve measurements.
