Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Supervisor Third Shift in San Diego, CA to oversee warehousing and distribution operations under the DLA contract. The role requires directing cross-functional teams across inside and outdoor areas, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and maintaining audit readiness.

The candidate will manage shift-based staff, plan workloads, and ensure proper use of MAT/WMS, with required forklift license for up to 20K. Secret clearance may be required based on contract needs.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma; bachelor’s in business or logistics preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in distribution/warehousing using MAT or equivalent WMS in past 5 years.
• Knowledge of Navy requisitions, DD1348-1A receipt processing, inventory practices, and data entry.

Mansioni

• Oversees storage and distribution operations.
• Directs receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping of materials.
• Plans workload, deadlines, and work sequences with Site Manager.
• Allocates resources to handle fluctuations in daily workload.
• Ensures contract terms and SOPs are followed; maintains audit readiness.
• Maintains PPE compliance and safety standards for all personnel.
