Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead in San Diego to manage the full range of receipt, stow, and issue of material. The role ensures MIL-STD 129N compliance, uses anti-static devices, and conducts COSIS/Shelf-Life inspections as required by the depot contract.

Lead pay of $2.50 per hour applies. The job requires a US citizenship, US Government clearance may be needed, and leadership duties include scheduling and guiding storage personnel. Benefits package available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years college or technical school preferred (may substitute experience for education).
• 5 years general experience.
• 3 years specific experience in material handling, supply, distribution, inspection, quality assurance, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in scheduling work and instructing a group of employees.
• Perform evaluations and help maintain smooth workflow and records.
• May temporarily act on behalf of a supervisor in emergencies or absences.
• Identify, examine, classify, accept/reject, and dispose of material per regulations (DLA).
• Read supply manuals, specifications, drawings, and prints; conduct inventory research.
• Load/unload material on/off skids, pallets, and stands; operate MHE and input data to DSS.
• Prepare labels and reports; conduct Shelf-Life and COSIS actions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
