Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead for the 3rd shift at New Cumberland, PA. The role involves overseeing receipt, stow, and issue of material, ensuring MIL-STD 129N compliance, and leading a work group.

Responsibilities include scheduling, evaluating performance, conducting inventories, and coordinating with DSS and other systems. A US citizenship/security clearance may be required; strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of college or technical school preferred (may substitute experience for education).
Minimum 5 years general experience.
Minimum 3 years specific experience in material handling, supply, distribution, inspection, QA, or related areas.

Responsibilities

Assist the Supervisor in scheduling work and instructing a group of employees.
Perform evaluations and maintain a smooth flow of work and records.
May act on behalf of a supervisor in emergencies or absence.
Identify, examine, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per DLA regulations.
Read supply manuals, specifications, drawings, and prints.
Load material on/off skids, pallets, and stands.
Conduct Shelf-Life and COSIS actions and material coordination.
Prepare labels and reports as required.
Operate tools and equipment in performance of duties.
Input data to DSS and other automated systems.
Operate MHE and hold appropriate license.
