Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead for the First Shift in San Diego, CA to manage receiving, stow, and issue of material, ensuring MIL-STD 129N compliance. You will lead a team, assign daily work, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with 5 years of general experience and 3 years in related material-handling fields. A lead differential of $2.50 per hour is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of college or technical school preferred (may substitute experience for education on a year-by-year basis).
• 5 years general experience.
• 3 years specific experience in material handling, supply, distribution, inspection, quality assurance, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work and instruct a group of employees.
• Maintain records and evaluate workflow for smooth operations.
• May temporarily stand in for supervisor during emergencies or absence.
• Identify, examine, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per regulations.
• Conduct inventory research, read manuals/specs, and operate DSS/other systems.
