Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead for the third shift at our San Diego facility. You will oversee a team, manage receipt, stow, and issue of material, and ensure MIL-STD 129N compliance.

The role includes lead and shift differentials and requires proficiency with WMS and material handling equipment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with 5 years warehousing experience and 3 years in related material handling roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years college or technical training preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years general experience in warehousing/logistics.
• 3 years specific experience in material handling, distribution, inspection, QA or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise a team of storage personnel.
• Maintain records and adjust workflow for efficiency.
• Conduct inventory checks and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Operate MHE and input data to distribution systems.
• Prepare labels, reports, and COSIS/Shelf-Life actions as needed.
