Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of hands-on operations leadership.
• Experience with daily management systems to align work with business objectives.
• Data collection/analysis to drive root-cause and decisions.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and quality systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, coaching and inclusivity.
• Lean tools and Gore Business System (GBS) knowledge.
• Clear communication of goals and expectations at all levels.
• Proactive, able to influence and drive changes.
• Independence with multi-priority management and shift flexibility.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and adjust hours for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead production area activities including safety, quality, and on-time delivery with 30% time in area.
• Develop individuals and teams in performance and development, time approval, and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, yield, and quality.
• Optimize staffing and equipment to meet productivity and cost goals.
• Apply Gore Business System lean tools: daily management, 6S, standard work, problem solving.
• Ensure EH&S requirements are met and investigated.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, QA, EH&S, HR to meet goals.
• Communicate shift status and improvement opportunities to leadership and teams.
• Maintain training compliance and quality system reviews.
• Establish equitable and inclusive behaviors and address issues.
