W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join the Flexible High Performing Manufacturing team on the 3rd shift at Elk Mills 5 in Elkton, Maryland. You will cross-train across multiple areas to meet operational objectives.
Typical hours are 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with a $19–$37 hourly pay range and a $2/hour shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends. Benefits start on day one.
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Flexible High Performing Manufacturing team and work the 3rd Shift at our Elk Mills 5 facility. This role ensures that operational objectives and business needs are met by cross‑training and providing support across multiple manufacturing areas and equipment as required. Standard hours will be 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits:
This role requires pre-hire medical clearance by Gore which may include testing to assess visual acuity and/or the ability to wear specific safety equipment as required during the performance of the role.
