W. L. Gore & Associates seeks a Manufacturing Technician for the Fabrics Coatings team on the 3rd Shift in Elkton, Maryland. Standard hours are 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Sunday night to Friday morning.
You will set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment, follow safety practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our Fabrics Coatings team and work the 3rd Shift. In this role, you will need to understand and apply the team’s fundamental technology. This commitment provides the opportunity to join an established team and help ensure that we are meeting our operations objectives and business needs. Standard hours will be 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, beginning Sunday night and ending Friday morning.
This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland.
This role requires pre-hire medical clearance by Gore which may include testing to assess visual acuity and/or the ability to wear specific safety equipment as required during the performance of the role.
