Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Associate Analyst to support the Third Party Diligence team. You will perform end-to-end diligence, including identity verification and screening of customers, partners, and suppliers, and conduct risk assessments to protect content and IP access.

Work with Risk & Compliance, Sales, Sourcing and Procurement, and Accounts Payable to identify issues, document findings, and contribute to program improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in risk, compliance, or third-party diligence.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML/sanctions screening is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end third party diligence activities, including identity verification and screening of customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Conduct engagement-level risk assessments to identify risks related to selling products and accessing Thomson Reuters content and IP.
• Identify, elevate, and document materially relevant issues discovered in day-to-day diligence work.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance, Sales, Sourcing and Procurement, and Accounts Payable to ensure smooth process delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management program.
