Job summary

Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS) seeks an Analyst to perform due diligence, threat management, and open-source research using public records and proprietary data. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in research and analysis.
• 2+ years using public records/open source/social media for research.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Background in risk assessments, financial risk reviews or KYC preferred.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, private equity or venture capital deals preferred.
• Strong reading and formal writing skills.
• Strong critical thinking with open source/research tools and multiple data streams.
• Ability to engage with project teams and clients professionally.
• U.S. Citizenship required to comply with government contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site client support including inquiries, ad hoc reporting, research, and analytic guidance.
• Deliver insightful, well-researched analysis using public records and open source data.
• Communicate actionable insights through data visualization and processing methods.
• Collaborate with client managers and TRSS analysts in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership of progressively complex tasks and projects.
• Participate in analytic development, mentorship, and best-practice sharing.
