Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Associate Analyst for Third Party Diligence in a hybrid role in Eagan, MN. You will perform end-to-end diligence, including identity verification and screening of customers, partners, and suppliers, and assess engagement-level risk for product access to content and IP.

• Foundational understanding of risk and compliance principles, due diligence objectives, and sales workflows.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and proactively identify improvements.
• Clear and effective written and verbal English communication.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships in a global, matrixed environment.
• Curious, growth-oriented mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end third party diligence activities, including identity verification and screening.
• Conduct engagement-level risk assessments related to selling products and provisioning access.
• Identify, escalate, and document materially relevant issues discovered during diligence.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance, Sales, Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management program.
