Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. in Eagan, Minnesota, is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Analyst for the Third Party Diligence team.

You will execute end-to-end diligence, including identity verification and screening of customers, partners and suppliers, and conduct engagement-level risk assessments. You will work with Risk & Compliance, Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of risk and compliance principles, including due diligence objectives, sales processes, sourcing, contract management, and payment workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and processes while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; clear information conveyance.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships in a global, complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end third party diligence activities, including identity verification and customer, partner, and supplier screening.
• Conduct engagement-level risk assessments to identify risks in selling products and provisioning access to Thomson Reuters content and IP.
• Identify, escalate, and document materially relevant issues from diligence activities.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance, Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, Accounts Payable to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management program.
