Job summary

Wolfspeed in Town of Marcy, NY, is seeking a process-sustaining technician for automated semiconductor production with a focus on Thin Films. The role follows a 12-hour day shift on a rotating 3 on, 4 off, 4 on, 3 off schedule for Front End Nightys (Sun–Tue, e/o Sat 6pm–6:15am).

You will collaborate with Engineering to develop and qualify processes, document DOE data, report issues, and support corrective actions, while helping to maintain equipment and procedures to achieve quarterly yield and

Qualifications

• Associate degree in EET or MET or equivalent technical field.
• Relevant semiconductor experience considered.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with DOE, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes.
• Document data, report issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain reticle inventory system and refine procedures.
• Strive to achieve quarterly yield and cycle time goals.
