Job summary

Wolfspeed in New York’s semiconductor production environment is seeking a process technician focused on Thin Films. Join a 12-hour rotating shift and contribute to developing and qualifying new processes and tool sets.

You will document DOE data, address process issues with engineers and maintenance, support reticle inventory, and help meet yield and cycle-time goals while adhering to safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) or related technical field.
• Knowledge of structured problem solving (5Y and 8D).
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes and tool sets.
• Document and present DOE-related data.
• Report and fix process issues and equipment malfunctions with maintenance/engineering.
