Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a process technician to provide sustaining support in a 12-hour shift environment focused on thin films. You will collaborate with Engineering to develop new processes, document DOE data, and help resolve equipment and process issues on the back end of production.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in EET or MET or relevant technical field.
• DOE design of experiments data analysis and presentation.
• MS Word, Excel and Access experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes and tool sets.
• Document and present DOE data and findings.
• Report process issues and equipment malfunctions; take corrective action.
• Maintain reticle inventory system and assist in procedures.
• Collaborate to achieve quarterly yield and cycle time goals.
