Job summary

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in EET or MET, strong problem-solving abilities, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET).
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; experience with structured problem solving.
• Experience with DOE or data-based process characterization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and qualify new processes and tool sets.
• Document DOE data and report issues; take corrective action with Process Engineers & Maintenance.
• Handle material depositions and resolve lot issues; work with reticle inventory and procedures.
• Assist in creating/updating procedures and maintain reticle inventory system.
• Work toward achieving quarterly yield and cycle time goals.
