Job summary

Yoh Life Sciences in Longmont, CO is seeking a Process Engineer II to support transfer and development of new products and processes. You will maintain and improve existing equipment, ensure quality and yield, and support manufacturing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, and familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ and GDP. Salary ranges from $84,000 to $105,000 DOE, with full-time employment in Longmont, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years prior experience in an R&D or production environment with process improvement and scale-up projects.
• Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, etc.), preferred.
• Experience in project management preferred.
• Experience in the medical device field, specifically in vitro diagnostics, preferred.
• Licenses or certifications such as ISO, PMP, LEAN, Six Sigma, cGMP, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining support to operations using continuous improvement and root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time equipment milestone deliveries to enable company growth.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies and yields.
• Assist in developing high-level capital equipment integration protocols for manufacturing.
• Develop and conduct DOE and SPC analyses to improve yield and quality, with data management for GR&R, yield tracking, and CpK.
