Yoh Life Sciences in Longmont, CO is seeking a Process Engineer I with 1–5 years in a manufacturing setting to support general assembly and automated equipment, with exposure to ISO 9001 facilities.

You will perform root cause analysis, DOE/ SPC, develop SOPs and WIs, train staff, and ensure safety while driving yield improvements and scalable processes for diagnostics.

This is a hands-on role in a regulated environment with opportunities for growth within a global staffing company.

Qualificações

• 1–5 years in R&D or production with process improvement experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO) preferred.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 facilities.
• Experience in in vitro diagnostics.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical & sustaining support to operations using root cause analysis and continuous improvement principles.
• Perform equipment maintenance.
• Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies and yields.
• Develops and conducts DOE and SPC analyses to identify causes of yield loss and improve quality.
• Active data management for process performance via GR&R, yield tracking and Cpk analysis.
• Documents all work products to support IQ, OQ, PQ and equipment qualifications.
• Interacts with design staff to ensure compatibility with existing equipment.
• Translate design requirements into production tooling and processes.
• Author SOPs and detailed work instructions.
• Trains staff on proper operating processes, including wave-guide instruments.
• Follow safety rules and protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
