Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical processes and existing unit operations for efficiency, safety and yield.
• Provide process engineering expertise for rotating equipment; monitor performance and troubleshoot.
• Oversee data collection and analysis (e.g., Seeq) to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of operational problems and deviations to ensure continuous production targets.
• Conduct PHAs and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Lead projects for process improvements or new technology implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on process control system design (DCS, PLC) and equipment for automation.
