Yoh Life Sciences in Longmont, CO is hiring a Process Engineer I to support assembly and automated equipment in a regulated manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes root cause analysis, DOE/SPC, and continuous improvement to boost yields.

The ideal candidate has 0–5 years' experience, a bachelor's in engineering, and exposure to ISO/FDA environments. This is a day shift role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 0–5 years in R&D or production with process improvement and scale-up.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO) preferred.
• Experience in in vitro diagnostics.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical and sustaining support to operations using root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Performs equipment maintenance and supports modifications to improve production yields.
• Develops DOE/SPC analyses to identify causes of yield loss and improve quality.
• Documents work products to meet IQ/OQ/PQ requirements and keeps design compatible with equipment.
• Translates design requirements into production tooling and writes SOPs and WIs.
• Trains staff on processes, including wave-guide instruments, and enforces safety compliance.
