Job summary

Genpak is seeking a maintenance technician to perform tooling changes and setup on thermoforming lines, troubleshoot related problems, and support plant sanitation and audits. You will maintain tools, execute PM duties, and document activities in Fiix CMMS while supporting shutdown/startup procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of manufacturing maintenance experience, and English fluency. Forklift/LOTO/Hazmat/Hot Work certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to operate a calculator and read instrumentation gauges.
• Certificates in forklift, lockout/tagout, hazmat, and hot work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Perform tooling changes and setup on thermoforming lines.
• Troubleshoot thermoforming process problems.
• Provide and maintain hand tools and toolbox for all tasks.
• Perform scheduled tool changes per production plan.
• Breakdown and set up thermoforming product to standard.
• Perform maintenance (PM) duties as assigned.
• Assist maintenance and plant sanitation audits.
• Operate PIV equipment per OSHA specs and daily inspections.
• Document daily work in Fiix CMMS.
• End-of-shift: report equipment issues, clean area, and log activities.
