Job summary

Genpak is seeking a maintenance technician to perform tooling changes and set up on thermoforming lines. You will troubleshoot process issues, maintain tools, and support plant sanitation and OSHA audits. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing maintenance experience. English literacy is essential for interpreting manuals and safety documents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform tooling changes and setup on thermoforming lines according to production schedule.
• Troubleshoot thermoforming process problems to minimize downtime.
• Provide and maintain hand tools and toolbox for job functions.
• Document daily work in Fiix CMMS and report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Assist maintenance on repairs and participate in plant sanitation and safety audits.
• Operate PIV equipment per OSHA specs and ensure daily inspections.
