Job summary

Genpak seeks a Thermoforming Operator to manage six Thermoformers, ensuring products meet width, gauge, and weight specifications. You will learn and operate all machines, monitor heat readings, document production logs, and report malfunctions to keep production on target.

Responsibilities include performing quality checks, maintaining safe procedures, and handling packaging materials while adhering to first piece inspections and shift reports.

Qualifications

• Operates all six Thermoformers within defined specs without assistance.
• Reads gauges and records heat readings and production logs.
• Follows first piece inspection and quality checks per roll.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate all six Thermoformers without assistance.
• Identify heating/cooling issues and report immediately.
• Start up and shut down machines and perform adjustments as needed.
• Perform quality checks including burn tests and registration.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operation per procedures.
