Job summary

Amcor in Little Chute, WI is seeking a Machine Operator to operate thermoforming equipment producing K-Cups for Keurig products, while upholding safety, quality, and production standards. The role requires adapting to a 2-2-3 night schedule on a site with strong growth and development opportunities.

You will perform setups, run quality checks, verify specs, and manage packaging and inventory, all while adhering to GMP and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Able to work a 2-2-3 night shift schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermoforming equipment and support setups, changeovers and line clearances.
• Perform quality inspections and adjust machines as needed.
• Verify product specs, labels and materials using computer systems.
• Package, label and scan finished products into inventory.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following GMP and PPE guidelines.
