Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Production Technician II to operate, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility.

You will lead preventative maintenance, manage changeovers, and support process improvements focused on safety, quality and cost. This full-time night-shift role on a 2-2-3 rotation requires 2 years of automated machinery experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing.
• Computer and software skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors production equipment with a safety-first approach.
• Sets up machinery and replenishes production materials as needed.
• Troubleshoots and makes minor repairs and adjustments.
• Records data and performs process adjustments based on findings.
• Performs Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance.
• Performs machine changeovers and sanitizes equipment.
