Job summary

Krier Foods Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to run and monitor automated beverage packaging lines in a fast-paced facility in Wisconsin. You will perform start-ups, changeovers, and CIP procedures to ensure safety and product quality.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, ability to read English instructions, and forklift certification. Overtime may be required, with strong teamwork and initiative valued.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand written instructions in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must adhere to QMS policies and food safety requirements.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling and packaging lines in GMP-compliant environment.
• Perform start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures on equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report issues promptly.
• Perform CIP and sanitation tasks to maintain hygiene and product safety.
• Record production data, settings, and downtime per QC protocols.
• Ensure product quality: volume, labeling, packaging, coding and appearance.
• Support teammates across production lines to maintain workflow.
• Ensure proper PPE use and forklift safety where applicable.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to keep lines moving.
• Follow customer specs and comply with Federal, State, and Local regs.
• Complete required documentation for equipment operations and line issues.
