Amcor in Little Chute, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to run thermoforming equipment that produces K-Cups for Keurig products, while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met.

You’ll work a 2-2-3 night shift, earn $22.36-$25.96 per hour based on experience, and enjoy benefits starting Day 1, including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) match up to 8%, vacation time, and tuition reimbursement.

Amcor is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our Little Chute team. In this role, you'll operate thermoforming equipment that produces K-Cups® for Keurig products while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met.

What You'll Do

• Operate thermoforming equipment and support machine setups, changeovers, and line clearances.
• Perform quality inspections and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Verify product specifications, labels, and materials using computer systems.
• Package, label, and scan finished products into inventory.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following GMP and PPE requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Thermoforming, packaging, plastics, or food manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 8-12 hour shifts.
• Ability to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
