Qualifications

• Ten years of engineering experience in mechanical/thermal systems.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating across projects.
• Proficiency with 1D flow-solvers for heat/energy and mass balance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the mechanical design, analysis, and evaluation across projects.
• Lead design cycle sprints and coordinate with engineers, partners and suppliers.
• Mentor staff and drive professional development.
• Perform plant-level steady-state and transient analyses to define cycle efficiency.
